Capacity for Your Repairs
To save on costly downtime, you need a repair shop that can do everything in-house. Our repair facility has the capacity to do the following:
- Grinding: 14′ between centers, a swing up to 25 1/8″, and cylinder components up to 5,000 lbs.
- Polishing: 30″ in diameter, 50′ in length, and 6,000 lbs.
- Honing: 40′ in length and 18″in bore.
- Machining: 27′ in length and 18″ swing diameter.
- Testing: up to 5,000 psi.
- Welding: MIG & Stick CWB certified technicians.
- Hard Chrome Plating: 5 vertical tanks and 1 horizontal tank.
