Do you have a large cylinder that needs to be repaired? With our 25,000 square foot facility and 16-ton crane system, we can handle cylinders of all shapes and sizes! We can also coordinate the pick-up and drop-off for your cylinders. This saves you the hassle of shipping through a third-party. The following is a list of each service we offer:
- Honing: up to 30′ in length x 36″ swing diameter.
- Hard chrome plating: 50′ horizontal chroming tank and 5 vertical chroming tanks.
- Machining: up to 27′ in length x 18″ swing diameter.
- Grinding: up to 14′ between centers x 25″ swing x 5,000 lbs.
- Testing: up to 5,000 psi.
- Welding: certified MIG and Stick CWB technicians.
- Polishing: up to 30′ in length x 18″ in bore.
