Precision Grinding and Polishing
One of the areas that sets us apart from our competition is our polishing and cylindrical grinding services. Our polishing services are available as part of the finishing process. This is available both prior to and after hard chrome plating, or as a separate contracted service. Our precision grinders and polishers run 7 days a week to ensure our wait times are minimal. We also offer MIG weld repair to minimize the total repair costs on rods and cylinders.

State-of-the-Art Cylindrical Grinding Facility
Our facility is capable of grinding 22’ between centers and a swing of 25” up to 5,000 lbs. We offer cylindrical polishing in a variety of diameters and lengths. Our team has the experience, skills and equipment to provide high precision grinding and polishing.

- Lathes up to 36” Swing Diameter
- Cylindrical Grinding up to 25”D x 14’L x 5,000 lbs.
